Day 9: Because I got up at 4am to catch an early flight

So I am kind of cheating on this one. But it is only because I got up at 4am and had to catch a 6am flight and am traveling for the next couple of days. These are very semi-homemade in the truest sense of the word, but hey, they're easy, tasty and definitely festive.





I present to you Peppermint Milanos:

There are just three ingredients:
Pepperidge Farm Mint Milano Cookies
Red Candy Melts
Round Peppermint Candies (or candy canes), crushed




I think it's pretty self explanatory, but you just melt the red candy, dip the milano in the melted candy and sprinkle with the crushed peppermints. And voila. We have oursleves Day #9's cookie. I found this cookie on one of my favorite blogs Hostess with the Mostess.



Now if you'll excuse me, I need to return my tray table to the full and upright, locked position.
