Day 14: Because I felt like making something merry

Merry. My new adjective for "festive." Today I made Christmas Wreath cookies. To spread some merriment through my home. They are kind of like rice crispy treats, but made with corn flakes instead. I didn't have any candy red hots, so I made do with some cinnamon flavored popcorn bits. Because I can improvise like that.
I have to tell you all that when I thought about what to write for this post, all I could come up with was a grunt. And a sigh. Blogging about cookies for 25 days sounds like tasty fun, but I am running out of things to say about cookies. Running out of adjectives. Revealing the true me: completely uninspired and un-creative. Don't even know if that's a word. It is now.

Maybe I'll start sharing some Christmas stories from my past to liven these posts up a bit? Yeah. That's a good idea. I'll start with that idea tomorrow though. Procrastination has always been my specialty. I've got a good story to share that involves my sisters. Stay tuned.
