I am still on the road. And I baked these cookies days ago. There. I said it. And the half-assed ones from yesterday? Yeah, made those days ago too. Sorry about that. But I have no access to an oven here at the old Courtyard by Marriott. So, I had to do what I had to do.
Here are some mini sugar cookies I decorated with royal icing.
